honor society
The Wonder Honor Society was established exclusively for home-educated students ages 12-18. We provide opportunities for development in noble character and leadership, selfless service and citizenship, exceptional skills and scholarship, thoughtful business and entrepreneurship, and networking for home-educated students. We are determined to honor each student’s accomplishments, whether they are academic, creative, or socially impactful. The preparation of the next generations of leaders is now.
We partner with hundreds of student members, families, donors, homeschool leaders, and homeschool supporters across the country to properly equip the next generation of community leaders.

The Wonder Honor Society is a free program for home educated students. It is because of the generous volunteers that we are able to offer WHS to families in the manner. We need adult in the faith to become mentors in different fields to encourage the next generation to hold strong to their biblical values, to remind them to always walk in good character, to exemplify practicing good habits and hard work, and to help offer guidance to students regarding different business industries. Please consider becoming a volunteer and making an impact in the lives of the next generation.
The homeschool students of the Wonder Honor Society are making a difference in their communities across the nation through their involvement with Four Fringes’ Make the Church Great Again film. Each year, students take a deeper look into the Bill of Rights, exploring how the Constitution protects our God-given freedoms. During the 2024-2025 year, WHS students learned about the 1st Amendment and religious rights.
This year’s campaign will help home-education ministries start, along with helping others begin varying types of ministries to meet the needs of our communities. If you’d like to help by finding causes with shared values to support and/or by actively sharing about the project, please join the campaign email list.
Causes or/potential ministries include homeschool programs, mission trips, youth groups, food pantries, pregnancy centers, homelessness services, and local nonprofits serving the poor, fatherless, widows, youth, adults, elderly, preborn babies, and more with Judeo-Christian values.

WONDER HONOR SOCIETY MEMBER FAQS
The Wonder Honor Society focuses on developing opportunities for home-educated youth to grow in character and leadership, service and citizenship, skills and scholarship, business and entrepreneurship. In addition, WHS focuses on exposing students to industry-specific skills, independence, responsibility, confidence, critical thinking and cognitive abilities, and a sense of wonder about the world and each other.
Whether the student has a natural propensity in logical/mathematical, linguistic, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal, naturalistic, or existential skills and abilities, we help support them in their pursuit of higher education.
Along with discussions about biblical character and leadership, every month, students learn and put into practice a particular business skill or concept. Students work together as a team to apply this concept to develop and complete an annual community project. In addition, students volunteer throughout the year, preferably in an industry they are interested in pursuing after graduation.
We are preparing to pilot an online meeting format, as many homeschool students reside across the state. This would allow learning and collaboration to work in a convenient, efficient, and relevant manner for most of the year. The final community Class Projects are facilitated by students in-person, as well as completed volunteer hours.
