We value good character, creativity, collaboration, discipline, and fun.

We are always on the lookout for caring, team-minded, and passionate creatives to join us in sharing music, the arts, and enrichment with the community. Individuals who particularly enjoy working with young people and have mentoring qualities with the ability to extend compassion, patience, encouragement while simultaneously setting and maintaining high expectations of effort and commitment. We seek to surround ourselves with people who are a light to those around them and share a heart to contribute more to the community at large.

We strive to foster a nurturing, naturally fun, and collaborative learning environment. Emphasizing the growth of the individual in order to strengthen the team. This means encouraging every person to focus on improving themselves and contributing their best to the group.
