We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and Paypal. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

No, we do not sell Gift Cards at this time. We hope to do so very soon.

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive in our warehouse. When you pre-order these items, we’ll ship them out 1-2 business days after they become available at our warehouse.

Preorder items are noted on the product page and at checkout. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.


All products are shipped by us from our warehouse in Greenwood Village, CO, USA.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Once you add an item to your card and select your country your shipping price will be listed. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is completed. 

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

You can select your processing speed at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days

Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days

Please note if your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order will not be shipped until the preorder items are ready to ship (estimated ship dates noted on product listings).

If you’d prefer we ship your in-stock items separately & are willing to pay the shipping cost, please contact with your request to split your shipment.

return & exchanges

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping costs.  Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are happy to make things right if we’ve made a mistake or the item arrived defective. 

Personalized orders, Preorder items, Final Stock, and Warehouse Sale items are non-refundable once your order is placed. If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock. 

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
